Here are the general steps and process to starting and owning a HOS Alliance business:
First Step: GENERAL REVIEW OF OPPORTUNITY
Please carefully review our website and this additional information.
Second Step: NO OBLIGATION PROGRAM REVIEW CALL
Please contact us now if you would like to schedule a business opportunity and program review call. This first phone call takes about 15 to 20 minutes and is designed to answer any initial questions you may have about the opportunity. We will
review the business model, ideal owner skill sets and experience, financial qualifications and availability of desired territories in your geographic location. This is also an excellent chance for you to help determine whether being an HOS Alliance
Business Developer is a good fit for your specific personal and financial goals.
Third Step: WEBINAR
If the candidate is qualified and has a high level of interest, the next step is an in-depth webinar presentation via phone and computer. This visual and interactive presentation is designed to explain our business model, including its unique advantages and financial potential for an owner. We will demonstrate the automated operational tools, proprietary software systems, web based platforms and marketing channels you will have at your disposal as an HOS Alliance Business Developer to
successfully operate your business. The webinar can be completed in 30 to 45 minutes depending on how many questions a candidate may have.
Fourth Step: FOLLOW UP CALL
After the webinar has been completed, we will schedule a follow-up call to answer any additional questions you may have. This includes discussing available options in your area, financing options, training, support, etc. At this time, you will receive a copy of a business opportunity agreement that you and your advisers can review.
Fifth Step: DUE DILIGENCE & AGREEMENT REVIEW
We understand that starting any new business or career is a big decision. With that in mind, we completely review your agreement to answer any questions or concerns you may have about moving forward. After the agreement has been
approved and your funds are validated, you will be contacted by an officer of the company for an interview.
After speaking with one of the principals of the company, you will be permitted to contact other HOS Alliance Business
Developers as part of your due diligence.
To maximize mutual success, our goal at HOS Solutions is to recruit only qualified, self-motivated and
entrepreneurial-minded business developers for this program. As one of the final steps in the process, all candidates will have an interview with the head of brand development (Mike Gentry) to address any additional questions you may have about the business. This will provide the opportunity for a mutual evaluation to ensure a successful fit for both parties.
Sixth Step: CLOSING
As per the agreement, a mutually acceptable closing date will be determined. This is when your agreement will be signed and you’re closing fees will be due. Candidates that wish to operate in a specific region during their due diligence and before the closing date will have the option of submitting a refundable deposit. Although we don’t have specific protected territories, we never place competing team members in the same region. This helps to create a co-operative environment, rather than a competitive one.
Final Step: TRAINING & BUSINESS LAUNCH
Getting started is a simple process. Once your agreement is signed and payment has been received, an introduction letter will be emailed to you. This letter outlines your points of contact within the company for product support, technical support and software training. At the same time, information regarding your main operating area will be set-up for you.
This welcome letter will also contain your administration login instructions and credentials. This will allow you to instantly
access to our training webinars, videos and operational guides. You will be assigned a main point of contact during your
initial training, and we will conduct one-on-one webinars to get you familiar with the overall system, tools, features, product procedures and software.
All training is done via live webinars and training videos. You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars on travel and lodging during the initial training. You will be taught our best practices, you will learn more about the industry and the many
advantages of being a business developer.
The program isn’t complicated to learn as the company handles logistics, procurement, vendor relations, product updates and software maintenance. Within a few days of reviewing the operational systems, you can be ready to launch.
We’ll offer to review your agreement step-by-step and answer any questions you have. After the agreement has been
approved and funding is in place, you’ll have the opportunity to speak with other area developers and officers of the
We are intent on bringing in quality entrepreneurial-minded business developers into this program. Not everyone is the right fit for this business. A final step in the process is a one-on-one interview with the head of brand development. During this time, we will answer any remaining questions you have about starting your business and jointly decide whether or not to move forward. This step provides a mutual evaluation to determine if the fit is right for both parties.
Qualified individuals interested in owning their own business or developing a territorial market will be given an in-depth
presentation. The presentation outlines what we do, what you do, why this is a proven business opportunity and how to
analyze your potential income and ROI. We’ll reveal how the administration panel works and demonstrate a number of the proprietary software tools and features, as well as our automated ordering system and training platform. Webinars normally last about 60 minutes, and you are welcome to invite guests or friends to the webinar upon approval.
The phone call usually takes about 20 minutes, and is designed to answer your questions and help determine if this
opportunity is well suited for your personal and financial goals. We’ll discuss your motivations, business experience,
resources and discuss market areas or territorial availability. We’ll review the business opportunity, company history,
systems, training program, support services, investment and financing options available to qualified investors.
If we mutually agree to move forward, you’ll be invited to attend a behind-the-scenes webinar where we’ll demonstrate some of the tools, features and products the business has to offer.
